She also wanted to remove the heavy skin from her lower abdomen, so Dr. Kavali did a mini-abdominoplasty (mini-tummy tuck) at the same time as her mastopexy (breast lift). Notes: This 53 year old female wanted to have her aging breast implants removed and her breasts lifted. She wasn’t sure if she would be happy with no implants at all, so Dr. Kavali first deflated her saline implants in the office. She decided to just have a breast lift after seeing how her breasts settled after the implant deflation. Surgery was done by Dr. Kavali.
